“Indicator” is an online business education community providing mentoring and coaching to members. All information and services provided are for educational purposes only. ” Indicator ” does not provide any certificate of completion or accreditation. We are not affiliated with any other education providers.

Your membership

Your membership includes access to an exclusive server dedicated to education, advice and a positive community where you can network.

Personal information

We do not collect personal information other than the username and email address you provide. We do not share this information with any third parties. All reasonable practices are in place to ensure that personal information is kept confidential and handled confidentially. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transmitted unencrypted and includes (a) transmission over various networks; and (b) modifications to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. We do not have access to your credit card information; this is handled by our payment service providers.

All credit/debit card information and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

The Site’s policies and terms and conditions may be changed or updated from time to time to comply with requirements and standards. Customers are therefore encouraged to visit these sections frequently to be aware of changes to the Site. Changes will take effect on the date of their posting.

Payment method, accepted card types and currency

We accept online payments in euros using Stripe (or any other agreed currency).

Delivery and delivery policy

” Indikatorius ” does not sell or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned country in accordance with the laws of LTU.

Refund/refund policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, ” Indicator ” memberships do not have a refund policy. We do not allow customers to “try on” – all sales are final.

Cancellation and replacement policy

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your membership portal and clicking on the β€œTo manage your subscription or update billing information β€œ(click here)” button in the email you receive.

Cancellations must be made before re-scanning, otherwise the system will attempt to continue to charge you for the new month.

Refusal of a service

We reserve the right to withdraw from the service at any time for any reason.

Intellectual property

You agree not to reproduce, copy or resell any part of the Indicator information and services without our express written consent.

If it is established that the Buyer has reproduced, copied or resold, or intended to reproduce, copied or resold, any part of the Indicator information or services, the Buyer undertakes to pay, within 3 days of demand, a fine of €2000, which shall be deemed by the parties to be the minimum loss suffered by the Indicator, and shall not be subject to any further proof of loss.

Community code of conduct

All members are expected to communicate respectfully at all times. Any behaviour deemed unacceptable by management will result in a warning and/or expulsion from the community.

Talking about other indicators is prohibited.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of LTU.
